My 62 Chevy has a utility box/bed, so it has a lot of space for "extra" items. Such as: One bin (three shelves) held various containers of nails, everything from large framing nails to small finishing nails. In another bin, was glue, varnish, paint remover and unknown contents in un-marked bottles. The highlight to the box contents was a fire extingusher. It is about the size of a 12 oz beverage can and has a pull tab top to activate it.
In the glove box was a 1958 Michigan road map, a can of touch up interior spray paint and a "construction vest pocket calculator" from 1954. I now know what the rate of construction supplies and labor cost.....in 1954.
