Fuller Tools may be based in Montreal but their tools are made in China. I have a set of Fuller hex keys p/n 1300640 and on the back it says 'Made in China'.
In Canada Sears was at one time Simpsons. It merged with Sear-Roebuck and eventually became Sears.
