To me it doesn't matter who bought who, Sears tools are not the same quality. I will not buy Craftsman anymore. (Unless I find old Craftsman tools in good shape at a garage sale). Just the fact that when one breaks and they replace it with a rebuilt tool is enough for me to buy elsewhere.
