You have already attacked the problem with enthusiasm, so this might be a moot point.
If it was a quality rebuild by a experienced mechanic, maybe is isn't the rear main leaking.
Oil can flow down a surface and appear to be leaking from somewhere it isn't. The flywheel cover is the lowest point on the back of the engine...a natural for a drip!
Only 600 miles on a new main seal says "sumpin's wrong here".
