Hi Toyvo. You know now that you mention it, I don't belive I seen any sign of sealant between the block, and the cap. That may be why it was leaking. I can't believe the guy that did the work failed to do this. He has forgot more about engine (especially 235's) than most people will ever know, but I didn't see any sealer.
I guess even the good mechanic/machinist's can make a mistake!!!
