I drove a Austin Healy six for a few days that had oil pressure like that. A friend let me use if I dropped the oil pan and checked the bearings. I dropped the pan and the bearings were well worn. I don't remember what they micrometer readings were, but was surprised that it sounded as good as it did, there was plenty of movement to the rods. Nice car definitely on my wish list.
I would definitely not push it too hard. IIRC the healy was driven for another 6 months, not regularly, before it was sold to be restored.
