Thank you Rattletrap! That was the problem with my Patricks produced headers as well. Milling them on the head side would still make them uneven. Only one side, the "outside" 1/2 of each header had to be ground on mine. On side was so thick, instead of grinding, I used 1/4" keystock as a spacer. The other side of the tube had to be ground less than 1/8".The hold down washers are nice and even this way.
