OK, I'm not sure I follow the milling process. I've purchased, but not mounted or attempted to mount the Offy with the Fenton exhaust. I always thoughtr the grinding was between the two flanges not the height of (thickness) of the flanges. So exactly where does the grinding and/or milling need to be done?

If milled at a machine shop, what should the charges be?
