As far as heating the Offy goes, I got some 'tees' from Napa to put into the 'Thermostat to Heater outlet' and 'Waterpump return from heater' and ran solid brakeline using inverted flare fittings and 4 brass 90 fittings. Turned out real nice and no worries about melting the waterline against the header/exhaust. Exhaust gas might have been easier but I wanted to keep the exhaust closed and reduce the possibility of CO2 leaks.
