I have a 1950, 3100, 3 on the column that drives and shifts ok, then suddenly it gets stuck in either 2 or 3rd. I have to loosen the bolts on the steering column or steering box and pry the gears back into place. Then it starts shifting ok, until they get stuck again. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix this problem. I hope I have explained myself ok as I am not a mechanic. A friend told me I should clean it out real good and add new grease.
