Go from first into neutral, actually start taking it into third before going to second and it slips right in. I had a 64 Chevy like 25 years ago and never fixed it. I just got used to driving it that way. So I forgot about it. then I lend the truck to a friend and he got stuck in a gear and I had the hood locked. He knew what to do but cussed me some afterward.
