Chevrolet offered as an option dual wheel fenders for the 1.5 ton trucks and to go with them running board extensions to lenghten and widen the boards at the rear. They were availabe for the 131" and 157" wheelbase trucks. They were for the 34,35 & 36 years from the factory.
