I suspect those fenders were hand made. I say that only because it appears the few of these that exist were conversions created after the truck left the factory.
That verion of the truck isn't listed in the restoration packs I've studied.
I want a set of those fenders but have yet to see any that aren't already on a truck I don't need. I'm thinking I'll make the ones I need.
