You don't have to guess on the rpm's you'll get with any setup. Do the calculations before you buy. As to the 4-spd granny, mine seems to give me pretty acceptable rpms at cruise. Lastly, you should say outright what your budget is. One man's cheap is another man's life savings. And yes, you should change the title of your post.
