When I have disconnected my Tube, I first wrap a heavy duty chain around both sides of the chassis crossing under the tube using a double threaded hook system, thus as I tightened the threaded nut, the chain became tight supporting the tube. Then I unbolted the tube. Afterward, I would tighten the threaded hook some more and the tube would raise even further.
Another idea is to first use a jack while unloosening the tube, raise the tube up out of the way, then use a the chain idea which will eliminate having the jack stay in your way during your time under the rig.
