Had the same problem 2 weeks ago.
Lower the torqe tube to the floor (in some cases the car must be touch the ground becaus then thy moove back the whole thing a little bit) then open the lid over the transmission, make sure you disconnected the mounting plate first (gives You mor room to play) withnthe open lid you can slip out the tranny.
