I may be wrong on this as it has been a long time but will the torque-tube move down far enough to slide the tranny back frr enough to get it out?
I remember the torque tube missing my head as it slammed into the dirt when I was removing the tranny on a 52 GMC parts truck so be careful when lowering the torque-tube as it colud really hurt eek
