I need help in removing my transmission so I can replace the clutch on my 1949 chevy 1/2 ton. I own the manual and followed it to the letter. Raised the propeller shaft, removed the U_Joint, did it all. Still I can't get enough room for the clutch gear shaft to clear the clutch disc.Worked on this for two days.Am I missing something?
