I suspect it would mean that no one is required to wear safety belts in a truck where no seatbelts were installed to the front seat of a pick up truck :confused:
I am slapping together a '63 c20 and I installed some $5 lap belts that I picked up at the Chippewa Falls Swap meet. They were original to a '67 truck, and do not match in color, but they do have a spring return, unlike the LMC belts. They also pacify my wife so she will be willing to ride in truck with me. I don't want to be ejected from a rollover as many fatalaties around here come from such a incident! Now I just have to hand out bicycle helmets before driving my '63 and I will earn my saftey badge  [/b]
