Yes,Seat belts also in New York.They are available.In addition,my '53 6500 wrecker(16000 GVW) requires a flare kit(modern style triangles)and a fire extinguisher.After July 06 anything over 10,000 lbs.GVW(ie.one ton pick-up)will require DOT numbers if used in business.I guess the state needs the bucks $$$$$
