I always approach the clutch situation with the "as long as I'm in hear" attitude. If you have a few extra bucks in your kick, a resurfaced flywheel give you great "tooth" and for the cost involved, puts the finishing touch on the job.
There appears to be a brass or bronze pilot bushing in the end of the new crankshaft. It is hard to tell its condition, but again, a new one costs pennies and is real fun to put in.
