if the truck is under hard use or there was a problem with slippage or chatter,reface and replace,,if no problem was present the pictures don,t show that much wear,,as someone stated check release bearing and pilot bearing,,if you have a brass pilot some grease on reassambly..you can align disc by leaving pp a little loose and centering disc then tighten pp..Remember blue loctite is your friend on flywheel and pp bolts...
