All of the replies here make excellent points. Personally, if given the same situation with the history of the truck, I would love the opportunity to spend some time with dad and his old 'bolt. The things you learn, and memories you create will be priceless. Maybe this is not a "practical" dollars and cents reply, but might be worth some consideration.
