I've only ordered a couple of things from Chevy Duty so they had a pretty high chance of getting it right, and that time, they did. I also have ordered from LMC and The Truckshop with good results, especially LMC. They, meaning LMC, did botch an order once. I ordered a complete gas tank relocation "kit" but only received the tank and straps. So I called and explained that I was missing the rest of the "kit". They sent me the complete "kit" and had me keep the first tank and straps for my troubles. The new kit was here in two days and everything else I've ever ordered is usually on my doorstep in no more than three. With that kind of service, they have earned my loyalty and patronage.
