I order from ChevyDuty because I find their online catalog easy to use and order from. I've not been impressed with their service on several ocasions, and have a couple times said never again.
I've not been impressed by their responses when I've had problems, and have always felt they wanted me to take blame for anything that wasn't perfect.
Currently LMC truck is my favorite because their service has always been great. Prices often seem a little higher, but on the small stuff I just don't care.
With LMC you have to have a printed catalog to order. The latest came in my mail today, and I'll probably order something just because.
