I am in the proccess of putting one in my outher truck (68 4x4) so far its relitively simple
might not be the best route if you dont know any thing about those types of engines :confused: Okay, this is something I know quite a bit about.
The 6.2 is a wonderful engine, I love them dearly, But you'll have to step up to a much higher gear. a 6.2 w/ stock rear gears, you'll top out around 35-40 MPH. Diesels don't rev very high. 3000 rpms would be screaming. if you hold 3000 for too long, you'll hurt the motor.
