3 row will flow more air than a four row. A four row will hold more coolant because it's thicker, but less air flow because it's thicker. Aluminum radiators use two rows of a much larger tube, thus more coolant and better air flow. It really comes down to cost and the coolant load you are going to put in it. A stock 235 will work with a 2 or 3 row, or you can step up to a four row as long as you have a decent fan. Just remember, the aftermarket radiator will be a pressure unit, where the stock was open to atmosphere. The heater core will determine how much pressure you can run, most were designed for zero pressure.

If you are going to add A/C, I would lean towards more air flow, most any new radiator will cool the motor, but you need air flow to cool the A/C condenser, and a thick radiator may not work for you with the slow idle and factory fans of a 235.
