... Were the voltage readings relative to the ballast resistor accurate or valid? What ballast resistor is installed now with the engine running? The same one that was installed during the no start/ no run condition? A new one?
Otto, I'll do some testing today to see if the voltage readings changed since I replaced the condenser. I'm using the original ballast resister at this time.
