... and the 0.11 volts with the points closed indicates one or more .... a. poor wiring or a bad connection from the coil - to the moveable arm of points b. dirty/corroded points (most likely) c. the fixed part of the points not getting a good ground
Probably won't make much difference until high RPM, but if you fix it now you won't have to worry about it later.
