Mark's suggestion is a good one, but won't work easily on the rear stake pockets, as the bottom is blocked by the rear cross-sill. Fishing it down thru the top MIGHT be possible, but pretty difficult. You'd definitely need one of those flexible extendo grabby things that Paul Mullen references HERE. grin
