I have tie-downs from Mar-K that work well. They have the socket that’s permanent in the wood and the removable eyebolt. I use them all the time. The socket is installed through the cross sill so it’s very strong.
The owner of Mack Products has purchased Mar-K and plans to integrate Mar-K product line into their own. I don’t know how soon that will happen.
