If you don't mind drilling holes in the bed sides, mounting those rings like Chuck has down near the bottom of the bed would work pretty well. You could mount them behind the stake pocket using self drilling tek screws and you wouldn't see any thing on the outside of the bed. I picked up a bunch of that type at Harbor Freight to use in an enclosed trailer I bought to tie things down.
