Loose clothing.I was using a worm gear circular saw while wearing a button up flanel shirt,unbuttoned.the front bottom of my shirt got caught in the blade and in a split second yanked the saw right up to my stomach,I was extremely lucky that so much of my shirt got pulled into the blade guard and kept the blade from making contact with me.
