Brother-in-law was working on his house window, standing on one, when it kicked out/collasped. His arm went thru the window, and he darn near bled to death! Cut his artery and a bunch of nerves...15 years later, he still hasn't completely got all the feeling back in that arm.
All because of a "five minute job", and it was too much trouble to go get a Ladder!
