The limitation I don't like about Iowa is that I don't see how it allows someone to just drive it for fun, to work, the store, etc. That rules it out for anyone who actually wants to enjoy their vehicle.
I have some old plates that match up with my vehicles, but i'll just put them on at a car show, then switch back the rest of the time.
