That’s good info. I run MO historic plates but keep an eye out for a YOM plate for my truck. I had assumed when reading the regs, that all it took was a check to make sure your plate didn’t match another registration in the state.
I had no clue they were picky about numbering convention on 75 year of plates. That’s dumb.
