Here is a website performance test.
https://www.webpagetest.org/result/241017_AiDc74_AHA/It shows that it takes almost 5 seconds to load a page on stovebolt.
A visual traceroute
https://gsuite.tools/traceroute shows the signal going to England then back to the US which is very odd.
You can use
https://www.speedtest.net/ to see if there's a problem with YOUR internet connection. (I've attached a screenshot of mine.)
