https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/Once it's installed, run it and type
www.stovebolt.com in the window at tht top. Let it run for about 15 minutes. Then copy and paste the results into a reply to this thread.
Hopefully, these will help our hosting company understand and pinpoint the problem.
