Blocking entire networks in Europe is a lot more problematic. The problem is, when you block single IPs, the bad guys can just move to a different IP. So then you're playing whack-a-mole.
When you list 217.113.194.XX, you're describing a class C network. I have no problem blocking them. If this continues, let me know, and I will block it.
I've also decided to keep a much closer eye on awstats, because that can show us the bad actors very quickly.
