I'd have the supplier replace that one strip. Unless you have a drill that will make square holes, it's going to be tough to do those. That hole-less strip looks like it's polished stainless vs non-polished on the rest of them. But the bolts in the strips should go between the boards, so you shouldn't have to drill those.
