I figured out a loop hole! Don't know why I didn't think of it.....
Tell them it's your RV trailer tower! Heck, those BIG bus RV's have air brakes and those folks don't need a CDL. (I have mine, and yes, some states allow a non CDL driver for air brakes when the vehicle is in FARM use.)
