Don't forget about the pin/bolt to lock the rotating plate tube in position to keep the engine from flopping over unexpectedly (refer to the picture of yours I added a big arrow to for where that securing pin/bolt needs to go).

Mike B makes a very good point too about using a large/long pipe or cheater bar handle to control the rotation when you do want to do that. Much easier to control and less chance of injuring oneself.
