While the truck is idling and squawking as you stated in the first post, walk around the truck stepping on and jumping on the running boards, bed, etc.
Can the sound be heard outside the truck? Get a few people to listen in different places while you go around moving or pushing things to see if the sound stops or changes.
Could the headliner bow be moving a little?
