There is a disconnect for the hood lights.
Mine just hangs in the slack for hood opening.
Original harness with two pin connector,
Voltage Reg. is mounted on left side of core support
Next to horn relay.
Agree with not running harness trough support.
Some over the top, most under the support for switches, turn Ect.
Little tape would help.
