Tator, not sure if this is helpful - When I rewired my 1954 3600, I ran the new wiring along the bottom of the dash as per the original, behind the instrument cluster and through the "wire loops" as shown in the attached pdf. As far as what you've done, the only concern I would have is any interference with the wiper mechanism or the hood vent mechanicals.
