I do things for myself that I could never do for a customer: too $$$.
My first adventure, 1970: porting the interior of a cast iron Chrysler "B" engine (350, 361, 383, 400) factory dual quad manifold. Must have 10+ hours in it before I was satisfied, but you can't charge $500 for something that only shows .02 ET and 3 mph increase. If it had more cam it might have picked up bit, but that's what I had at the time.
