They show that it is for 47-54 GM trucks. I'm sure it's going to move the MC rearward and it does have a small diameter booster. I also have dual exhaust but will not be an interference issue. The mounting bracket on this unit looks like you would maintain the original clutch/brake cross shaft asmy unlike other units that eliminate that to keep the MC in original location and only be able to use an auto trans.
