I was meaning a single 38/38. They are designed for modified engines.
I haven't heard from anyone running the 3-barrel kit for the Holley. But that setup does sound like it would work. Since these engines like 1 barrels, but having a hot or warm L6, it could benefit from the secondaries being vacuum operated, and you can get the 750 Holley with manual choke.
