Jon, all I'm suggesting is that people who experiment with this stuff should factor in some real-world numbers to their calculations. "12 volt" electrical systems run at 14.7 volts in the real world of driving down the road. "6 volt" systems operate at 7.5 anytime the charging system is working against a fully charged battery. Shouldn't a researcher take the actual figures into account instead of chasing some pie in the sky ideal condidions? "Constants aren't- - - -variables won't!"
