The 7 Adapter won't be made. The lack of interest has confirmed what I suspected, but you never know until you ask. Instead I'll be working on a generic adapter. Actually the mockup is finished and it will now be tested thoroughly. What's different? It isn't plug and play. My hope was to offer a fuel gauge adapter unique to the AD trucks along with a generic adapter for use on other trucks, cars, etc.

But now the project will move along focused only on a generic adapter. In making the mockup I learned of at least 5 or 6 things I'll change. That's common...at least it always happens with me. Some changes will hopefully streamline and simplify assembly. One change will make it a bit more durable. Others may make it easier to install. A few design questions still remain. In case you're curious, 3 images are attached. In this form, it will install by: disconnecting the battery, disconnecting the right hand wire on the fuel gauge (looking from the back side), placing the adapter on the right hand post of the fuel gauge, tightening the screw to hold it in place, attaching the wire you removed in the first step to the post above it and installing a nut and then finding a ground source and attaching the pronged connector.

Again if you're curious or if you have questions or suggestions, please let me know.
